Hello, magical beings and creatures of the forest.
Speaker:This is Gosia, your host of the Tarot and More podcast.
Speaker:And.
Speaker:And today we've got the third and last
Speaker:instalment of the miniseries, about my friend, Fire.
Speaker:So if you haven't listened to the two previous parts,
Speaker:go back to two episodes before and listen to those first.
Speaker:So we are now on the card 31.
Speaker:And the card,
Speaker:card number 31 is the first card of the suit.
Speaker:Of the purple suit.
Speaker:No, not purple, pink.
Speaker:The pink suit called Reflection.
Speaker:It's like pinkish reddish reflection.
Speaker:And this card is called Life Energy.
Speaker:And it has exactly the same picture as the COVID of the booklets which I told you about
Speaker:in the first episode.
Speaker:I mean, the first episode of this miniseries.
Speaker:And it has those two people who are more like blobs, like little ghosts.
Speaker:Yeah, maybe they are ghosts.
Speaker:I call them blobs originally, but now I'm just
Speaker:looking at them and I'm thinking,
Speaker:are they ghosts?
Speaker:Because they have this ghost ish appearance, especially one at the back.
Speaker:So how it looks like at the front, there is a one purple one who is holding.
Speaker:Having like a heart in the middle of their chest or the part where the chest should be.
Speaker:And they are holding this.
Speaker:This heart with their hand.
Speaker:And then behind them there is another person, ghost blob like that,
Speaker:who is cuddling this first one from behind and looks even more ghosty because it's kind of
Speaker:like a shade.
Speaker:Yeah. And I'm just now thinking, are they ghosts or the second one, the one behind, is
Speaker:it a ghost? Is it a ghost of someone who is no longer here
Speaker:and they are looking after this,
Speaker:the one in the front who is still around or is it another part of us?
Speaker:Both of them are us.
Speaker:So is the other part that is really looking after,
Speaker:you know.
Speaker:I got you.
Speaker:Yeah. I don't know.
Speaker:But yeah, it's definitely a card that invites
Speaker:a lot of interpretations.
Speaker:And that's not the end because there are some plants which look a bit like some underwater
Speaker:plants.
Speaker:And there is a seal who is like just next to
Speaker:this human ghosty creature.
Speaker:And it like fits perfectly with the shape of his body.
Speaker:And he's smiling and it's really sweet.
Speaker:And there is a whale swimming above.
Speaker:So it.
Speaker:All of it seems to be happening underwater.
Speaker:So they are underwater ghosts.
Speaker:Yeah,
Speaker:it's really, really beautiful and it's just very rich, this card and it's called Life
Speaker:Energy.
Speaker:Okay,
Speaker:so that was 31. Now we've got 32 and 32.
Speaker:And we are still.
Speaker:We are still in Reflection.
Speaker:I think I have lots of reflections about this
Speaker:reflection suit.
Speaker:So this, this number 32 is called silent Tethers.
Speaker:And it's again a very interesting visual because we've got a person sitting,
Speaker:like holding with their arms, they are sort of embracing their knees and they look up,
Speaker:or they don't really look because they have eyes closed, but they kind of raise their face
Speaker:up and they have a little flame in them.
Speaker:And it's funny because the flame is sort of in
Speaker:their *** region and there is a rainbow above them.
Speaker:And they are little birds,
Speaker:little birds.
Speaker:Maybe sparrows.
Speaker:They look a bit like sparrows.
Speaker:And one of them is sitting on the lap, sort of on the knees of this person,
Speaker:and the other one is sitting on their foot.
Speaker:And this is the interesting bit because the feet are bound with a very, very thin thread
Speaker:and this thread is reaching into the ground under this person.
Speaker:And in this ground there are like little red marks.
Speaker:It's difficult to say what they are.
Speaker:They're underground marks in red.
Speaker:And those tethers are reaching towards them.
Speaker:But what's interesting is that this sparrow on the foot of the person is like picking on
Speaker:these threads and.
Speaker:Yeah, and that's called Silent Tethers.
Speaker:So I'm definitely sure that those threads are
Speaker:the tethers.
Speaker:However,
Speaker:originally I thought that they are not a bad thing.
Speaker:They are very thin and gentle and they are.
Speaker:I think if the person wanted, they could easily just walk and tear them.
Speaker:So maybe they are good tethers.
Speaker:We are tethered to something that is important to us, to our roots, to our,
Speaker:you know, the place that we belong.
Speaker:But the fact that the bird is picking on it and is kind of trying to release the person
Speaker:from them, it just makes me think like maybe the idea behind them is that they are actually
Speaker:something we should.
Speaker:We should get rid of with the help of a little bird.
Speaker:I'm not sure.
Speaker:It's not an obvious card at all.
Speaker:It's definitely a little flame being fired up in a way under this person.
Speaker:So I'm just thinking, are they ready?
Speaker:Are they ready to take off? They have the lit this little fire in their
Speaker:*** which is going to propel them somewhere.
Speaker:And then they have a bird who is trying to release them from tethers.
Speaker:I don't know.
Speaker:It's very interesting card.
Speaker:Then we've got card number 33 and it's called Seeing Clearly.
Speaker:And it's a very bright and sunny card.
Speaker:There's a big sun.
Speaker:It's definitely kind of spring summer vibe in it.
Speaker:Colours and this big sun.
Speaker:And there are two birds.
Speaker:One is flying, the one more in the background is flying.
Speaker:The one in the very front of the card is sitting on the.
Speaker:On the.
Speaker:On the branch of a tree.
Speaker:And they look like kestrels in terms of their shape and their facial expressions.
Speaker:And their beaks.
Speaker:The shape of their beaks.
Speaker:They definitely look like kestrels,
Speaker:but their colouring is not so much like a kestrel, but it's like.
Speaker:Exactly like.
Speaker:The colour of their feathers is exactly like
Speaker:Eurasian jay.
Speaker:They just look like jays.
Speaker:The thing is, Eurasian jays, as their name suggests,
Speaker:they don't live in Alaska, they don't live in America in general.
Speaker:So it must be a kestrel.
Speaker:And they have different beaks.
Speaker:There must be a kestrel, but the colours are more like a J.
Speaker:So I think there is some artistic inspiration here.
Speaker:But that reminded me that in the previous episodes, there was a car that had.
Speaker:Or even two cars that had those blue birds, like very blue birds, and I had no idea what
Speaker:they were.
Speaker:So I looked up.
Speaker:I mean, I Googled what is a blue bird that lives in Alaska.
Speaker:And. And apparently it's a bluebird.
Speaker:That's how they're called bluebirds.
Speaker:And the male bluebirds are blue, so.
Speaker:And the female bluebirds are completely like,
Speaker:sort of brownish greyish.
Speaker:Not that pretty in objectively.
Speaker:So the ones on the pictures on the cards were definitely male bluebirds.
Speaker:Mountain bluebirds.
Speaker:That's what I found.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Right now.
Speaker:But now we are on the kestrels, which look a
Speaker:bit like Eurasian jays.
Speaker:And it's seeing clearly.
Speaker:I think it's.
Speaker:Yeah,
Speaker:Having a bird like that,
Speaker:a bird of prey, essentially,
Speaker:is a very good idea to embody seeing clearly,
Speaker:so that one seems easier to interpret.
Speaker:And the number 34 is, I think, my favourite card in the whole deck because I think it's
Speaker:the most absurd.
Speaker:It's called Ethereal Backpack and we have a backpack on it, but the backpack sits on
Speaker:someone's back and this someone is a little creature,
Speaker:which I had to think what it is.
Speaker:And I thought originally that my first thought
Speaker:was, it's a beaver, but it's not a beaver.
Speaker:It doesn't have a tail.
Speaker:And beavers have massive tails and teeth.
Speaker:So, no, it's not a beaver,
Speaker:it's a hamster,
Speaker:but no, I think it's a lemming.
Speaker:I think it's a lemming.
Speaker:And a lemming sits in this cosmic space kind of.
Speaker:There is a purple colour around him and there is this black patches with stars in them.
Speaker:So sort of cosmic space.
Speaker:And he has.
Speaker:I don't know why is it he,
Speaker:but I feel it's a he.
Speaker:He has a green backpack on his back.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:There is a little bit of like colours of.
Speaker:Of like little dots in rainbow colours or in colours of.
Speaker:Of this deck, really.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:And.
Speaker:And the lemmink is ready to go.
Speaker:And I just love this card.
Speaker:I just love this card is so absurd.
Speaker:A serial backpack.
Speaker:What do we have in this backpack?
Speaker:And why is it a lemming?
Speaker:It's just gorgeous.
Speaker:That is going definitely on the photo.
Speaker:That's that one.
Speaker:That one.
Speaker:The blog post is ready and it will be linked in the show notes.
Speaker:And you can see some of the cards in the post and definitely the lemming with the backpack
Speaker:is going to be there.
Speaker:So number 35 is vocalisation and that is exactly that.
Speaker:We see a face of a person is this sort of like very lines drawn in lines and it's a profile
Speaker:and the person has their eyes closed and mouth open and there is a lot of colours around
Speaker:them.
Speaker:And from their mouth and from their throat there is this like patch of air coming out of
Speaker:white,
Speaker:sort of foggy air.
Speaker:So it's definitely sound coming out from their throat and their mouth.
Speaker:They are singing or shouting, but they look like they are singing, I think.
Speaker:So they are vocalising and that's definitely what it is on this card.
Speaker:It's quite clear now we've got card number 36 and it's called I am my own home first.
Speaker:And this is such a beautiful,
Speaker:just such a beautiful idea to.
Speaker:To just put a sentence like that as a name of the card,
Speaker:right? Because most of the cards, they have.
Speaker:Most of the cards are one word.
Speaker:They have one word.
Speaker:But actually in this suit, I'm just looking quickly in this suit there's more,
Speaker:More of those sentences.
Speaker:And this is one of them.
Speaker:I am my own home first.
Speaker:It's a beautiful reflection and the picture.
Speaker:There are two people hugging.
Speaker:They are very line drawn in lines, but they look like a man and a woman to me from kind of
Speaker:their shapes.
Speaker:Don't know,
Speaker:not necessarily,
Speaker:but I think they do look a bit like a man and a woman.
Speaker:And they are hugging.
Speaker:They are just.
Speaker:Just sitting,
Speaker:hugging each other and they.
Speaker:There is space, cosmic space around them.
Speaker:It's a bit similar to.
Speaker:I mean, not similar, but it's kind of the same vibe as the one with the lemming.
Speaker:That there is.
Speaker:There is a space around them.
Speaker:There is some kind of a cosmic body I don't
Speaker:know really.
Speaker:Is it a black hole in the process of being created?
Speaker:I'm not sure,
Speaker:but definitely there are some cosmic bodies above them.
Speaker:And then there is a rain coming down from them,
Speaker:like droplets of rain.
Speaker:And on the bottom of the car there is a seed,
Speaker:like a three stages of a seed with just a little, little bit of a root coming out.
Speaker:And then we've got a tiny leaves and a bit stronger root.
Speaker:And then the third one are like properly growing young leaves.
Speaker:So it's like a little plant becoming and droplets of rain falling on it from those
Speaker:people and the space, cosmic space around them.
Speaker:And it's called I Am My Own Home First.
Speaker:So that is also a card which is a very rich in a lot of layers of interpretation, I think.
Speaker:Then we've got card number 37 and it's a bit more abrupt because it's called stop.
Speaker:It's just stop.
Speaker:And the picture is really interesting because then the picture, picture,
Speaker:the majority of the picture is an octopus.
Speaker:It's an octopus and like part of an octopus, like the.
Speaker:The main.
Speaker:The head of an octopus and some of their
Speaker:tentacles.
Speaker:And the octopus seems to have an eye.
Speaker:1. We see one eye and the eye is closed and
Speaker:there is a person, there is a human being.
Speaker:Like I. I said, there was one person in one of
Speaker:the cards before who was fully dressed in modern clothing.
Speaker:And this is another person like that.
Speaker:They are dressed in some kind of.
Speaker:It looks a bit like a pyjama.
Speaker:And this person is in this strange position because they are either trying to stop the
Speaker:octopus from something or they are trying.
Speaker:Or they're hugging it or they are climbing on
Speaker:it.
Speaker:They are in this position that it's either a climber or someone who stops with the arms
Speaker:stretched, saying like, no, stop.
Speaker:And it's like hard to tell, but they are much smaller.
Speaker:The octopus is giant and they are so small.
Speaker:So, yeah, that picture also goes on the blog because it's as well a bit difficult to
Speaker:explain how it looks.
Speaker:But I don't know.
Speaker:I can't decide what it is.
Speaker:Whether it's hugging, is it stopping, is it climbing?
Speaker:I don't know.
Speaker:Then we've got number 38 and it's called My Choosing.
Speaker:And my choosing is a lynx is again the card like we had before, the card for pause and for
Speaker:rest,
Speaker:where we had those sleeping animals in the pause, there was a bear, in rest, it was
Speaker:reindeer.
Speaker:And now we've got lynx in a very similar position of very restful sleeping called
Speaker:curled up.
Speaker:And behind the links there are mountains and trees and there is a massive rainbow and some
Speaker:birds flying.
Speaker:And there is a little stream alongside the links.
Speaker:And there is a.
Speaker:On the other side of the stream there is a fire.
Speaker:There is a fire burning, like someone had a fire to maybe cook some food or get warm.
Speaker:But the person doesn't sit next to the fire, they sit on the other side of the.
Speaker:Of the stream next to the links.
Speaker:And they are tiny.
Speaker:It's a tiny person, tiny fire.
Speaker:Everything is like.
Speaker:It looks like the person is correct in terms of size to the rest of the picture.
Speaker:But the links is giant.
Speaker:The lynx is like, you know, the person is a
Speaker:bit of a size or more an ear of the lynx.
Speaker:So it's like a magical giant lynx and it's a beautiful picture.
Speaker:But it's called My Choosing and that is not an obvious.
Speaker:Like, even the name of the card is just not obvious.
Speaker:And I think it's.
Speaker:I don't know, but I think it's a choice of
Speaker:this person to be next to the links.
Speaker:They chose to.
Speaker:Instead of getting warm next to the fire, they are getting warm just next to the fluffy big
Speaker:links.
Speaker:I think this is it, what we choose.
Speaker:Then we've got number 39 and 39 again, we've got the whole sentence.
Speaker:Take back your power.
Speaker:And we've got this wonderful woman.
Speaker:I think it's a woman, judging from the shape,
Speaker:but she's drawn only as lines and it's a completely black background and the woman is
Speaker:drawn in line, lines.
Speaker:And the lines are colourful and there are
Speaker:three colours, is blue, red and yellow.
Speaker:And she has little balls in her hand.
Speaker:It looks like she's juggling.
Speaker:She is dancing, juggling, Dancing juggler,
Speaker:I think.
Speaker:And they are flowers, like sort of lilies maybe, or.
Speaker:Yeah, something looks, look, they look a bit like water lilies.
Speaker:And they are.
Speaker:So they are the balls and they are the flowers
Speaker:and that little dots like stars.
Speaker:So again, it is vibe of a cosmic space.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:Take back your power dance and just.
Speaker:Just be unapologetically yourself.
Speaker:The woman looks very like, proud of.
Speaker:Of.
Speaker:And happy and not really caring what anyone else thinks of her.
Speaker:It's a bit like.
Speaker:Does as if no one sees you.
Speaker:Right,
Speaker:so that's the vibe of this card.
Speaker:Really uplifting.
Speaker:And then we've got number 40 and number 40 is the last card of the reflection suit.
Speaker:And again there, it's a sentence,
Speaker:an unfinished sentence.
Speaker:The divine in me says.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:The divine in me says,
Speaker:and again, we've got cosmic space.
Speaker:We've got colours that look a bit like.
Speaker:Oh, God,
Speaker:what's the name in it for it in English?
Speaker:You know, these lights.
Speaker:Northern lights.
Speaker:That's it.
Speaker:Northern lights.
Speaker:So I guess this is quite Alaskan.
Speaker:So the person is again drawn in lines.
Speaker:They have this fire, green fire in their chest,
Speaker:smaller fires, flames in there coming out from their hands.
Speaker:And they are suspended in this cosmic space with those northern lights around them.
Speaker:So they do look divine.
Speaker:They look like.
Speaker:Yeah, like they have a connection with something higher than themselves.
Speaker:Yeah, very pretty.
Speaker:And now we are in the last suit,
Speaker:the last suit that is called Transformation.
Speaker:And it's purple.
Speaker:And I think that seems to be the most.
Speaker:I don't know, to me, a bit the most difficult suit.
Speaker:Like, it's.
Speaker:Everything up to here was really calm and
Speaker:peaceful.
Speaker:And I think the first two cards of this transformation suit are also quite calm and
Speaker:peaceful.
Speaker:So we'll start with those, but then further on
Speaker:we.
Speaker:What happens is just there is more fire and,
Speaker:like, more.
Speaker:How to call it, like.
Speaker:Yeah, definitely more fire, more flames,
Speaker:more energy, but also disquiet.
Speaker:I think this is it, but we'll get to it.
Speaker:For now, we are in the card number 41,
Speaker:which is called Put it down.
Speaker:And we have hands of a person who is kneeling by a stream.
Speaker:And we just only see the outlines.
Speaker:There are some plants around this person,
Speaker:but it's just the outlines of the hands and legs.
Speaker:The stream is more detailed, but it's very unrealistic because it's like rainbowy.
Speaker:We know it's a stream because there are fish swimming in it.
Speaker:And this person is,
Speaker:well,
Speaker:I guess putting down because difficult.
Speaker:It is difficult to say whether they are
Speaker:picking it up or putting it down, but I assume putting it down because that's the name of the
Speaker:card and it's a planet.
Speaker:It's an Earth,
Speaker:A planet that looks like an Earth because it has water and land.
Speaker:And we can't see the shape of the land, shapes of the land,
Speaker:because there are clouds sort of on top of this planet.
Speaker:But it definitely looks like planet Earth.
Speaker:And this person is letting it go, is putting it in a stream.
Speaker:And the stream is definitely like fast running water.
Speaker:And this fish swim quite fast.
Speaker:So they are putting it down into the water and let it sail away.
Speaker:It's a very interesting image, I think.
Speaker:Nice transformation.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Then we've got 42, and number 42 is allow.
Speaker:And allow is again, quite cosmic.
Speaker:We have a woman, and again the woman is Quite.
Speaker:It's mostly her face, but it's.
Speaker:And hair,
Speaker:but it's also drawn with lines.
Speaker:It's very blue, this card.
Speaker:Blue and purple.
Speaker:And the top of this woman's head and face is like.
Speaker:Looks like it's underwater.
Speaker:So again, we had this card before when a woman
Speaker:was submerged.
Speaker:And here is kind of a similar vibe.
Speaker:There is this face of someone who's.
Speaker:Whose top of the head seems to be submerged on the water.
Speaker:But the bottom, the.
Speaker:Her mouth and torso, like the neck.
Speaker:And the bit of torso we see is sort of cosmic.
Speaker:We see this cosmic space in there.
Speaker:And the sentence is allow.
Speaker:So I don't know,
Speaker:allow yourself something.
Speaker:Allow yourself to be ambiguous,
Speaker:to be yourself,
Speaker:be different.
Speaker:There is something very different about this woman.
Speaker:Yeah. That is also a card which is not very obvious.
Speaker:And then I think we get into these things that are less.
Speaker:They are a bit unsettling.
Speaker:Although they are, again, very pretty, very
Speaker:colourful.
Speaker:Yeah, but.
Speaker:But they have the vibe of something much more
Speaker:fiery and.
Speaker:And,
Speaker:yeah.
Speaker:So this.
Speaker:This card, number 43, is called Deep Cry.
Speaker:And it's hard to say this is going on the picture as well in the blog, because this is
Speaker:very difficult to describe.
Speaker:It's a bit abstract.
Speaker:There are a lot of colours.
Speaker:There is.
Speaker:There are tears and I think it's a bit like tears coming out from the eye because.
Speaker:But the eye is kind of half sun, half flower,
Speaker:but with eyelashes.
Speaker:And there is this water pouring down from this sun flower, slash eye.
Speaker:And it's a green and blue, the water,
Speaker:and it like falls down and in the bottom of the card,
Speaker:their lungs, there is a picture of human lungs and.
Speaker:But the lungs are under something that looks a bit like a broken glass.
Speaker:It is very, very strange card and it does have the emotion of a deep,
Speaker:sincere,
Speaker:heartfelt cry.
Speaker:So I think it's a really beautiful illustration, but it's incredibly difficult to
Speaker:describe.
Speaker:And now we've got number 44.
Speaker:And number 4040 is called channel.
Speaker:And I think we are again in this area of
Speaker:karma.
Speaker:Yeah, karma cards.
Speaker:It's a person who is standing in the middle of the card with their hands raised and eyes
Speaker:closed and looking a bit like facing with their face a bit upwards.
Speaker:And there are rainbows going through them, going through their chest and their forehead
Speaker:and their feet and.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:And there is a cosmic space around them and they do look like they are channelling
Speaker:something from a divine being.
Speaker:Yeah, it's.
Speaker:It's very calm and.
Speaker:And it's.
Speaker:It's quite transforming, this picture.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:I. I like this card.
Speaker:It's very transformative.
Speaker:And then we have again,
Speaker:two cards with number 45.
Speaker:So again, two pictures for the same concept.
Speaker:And the concept is rage.
Speaker:And before, with these two cards before that had,
Speaker:you know, two versions,
Speaker:they were both like you were choosing between an animal version and a human version.
Speaker:And here there are no animals,
Speaker:but on one of them, there is a volcano.
Speaker:There is a volcano and there is the flames coming out of it and there is the hot lava
Speaker:dripping down and it's very brown and red and yellow and the sky above it is blue and black
Speaker:and there is this orange droplets going everywhere.
Speaker:So it's definitely eruption of the volcano.
Speaker:And it's kind of the vibe of this card looks like the tower.
Speaker:They both.
Speaker:Both versions of it.
Speaker:They remind me of the tower in the Tarot.
Speaker:Yeah, very much so.
Speaker:We've got volcano,
Speaker:volcano,
Speaker:and then we've got the other rage is more human because we've got human hands,
Speaker:seven hands coming out from different directions from flames.
Speaker:So that has a bit of a hellish vibe.
Speaker:Yeah, I think that's the scariest card in this deck, this one.
Speaker:Or maybe no, there is a couple of more later, which are a bit scary.
Speaker:And this part of the deck feels a bit like going through the line.
Speaker:Three of the mages in Tarot and the devil and the tower and then the suspension in the moon.
Speaker:It just have the same vibe, to be honest.
Speaker:It's not the easiest part.
Speaker:So we've got the rage and then.
Speaker:Yeah, and then it feels a bit, like.
Speaker:I said, it feels a bit like the flames of
Speaker:hell.
Speaker:On the edges of the flames, there are closed eyes which seem to be crying because in all
Speaker:this redness and flames,
Speaker:there are two,
Speaker:like, blue lines coming out from those eyes.
Speaker:And the hands are reaching towards a seed, a
Speaker:seed which is sprouting, sprouting a little root.
Speaker:So in this rage, which.
Speaker:When we are in rage, we are obviously in
Speaker:flames of rage.
Speaker:And sometimes we cry when we are really angry.
Speaker:But there is something in us that is reaching out for.
Speaker:To the solution to,
Speaker:you know, getting out from this situation which enrages us.
Speaker:And something is sprouting from this rage.
Speaker:And we really, really want to reach this moment when we get out from this feeling of
Speaker:being enraged, and it actually turns into something positive and constructive and
Speaker:something will grow out of that feeling.
Speaker:So I think this is it.
Speaker:I think this card,
Speaker:I think I like it more than the volcano.
Speaker:Volcano is more obvious.
Speaker:It's kind of.
Speaker:I understand the volcano.
Speaker:Like, yes, this is rage.
Speaker:You can tell this is nature getting very
Speaker:angry.
Speaker:But this one is just much more layered, in my opinion.
Speaker:So, yeah, 45 rage in two instalments,
Speaker:two incarnations.
Speaker:And then we've got 46.
Speaker:And 46 is a bit strange.
Speaker:It. It's called Pieces are okay.
Speaker:And I think it refers to the situation that sometimes when we're transforming,
Speaker:everything falls into pieces,
Speaker:but then maybe it gets back into its original shape or into a different shape, but put
Speaker:together.
Speaker:And the pictures shows a person lying and, like, kind of in a foetal position.
Speaker:And they are cut into pieces.
Speaker:They are literally cut.
Speaker:It's just an outline of a person,
Speaker:but it just looks like,
Speaker:you know, like a little puzzle that got disattached in a way.
Speaker:Is it even a word? Anyway,
Speaker:and this person is like suspended in a sort of, again, cosmic space.
Speaker:There are stars behind them and there is something like a cloud and the fire,
Speaker:the flames surrounding them, even,
Speaker:like, even further.
Speaker:And yeah, they are in pieces at the moment.
Speaker:And this is okay.
Speaker:This is okay.
Speaker:We are suspended and we are waiting to be whole again,
Speaker:but we are still okay.
Speaker:It's nothing wrong with being in pieces.
Speaker:It's part of a human experience.
Speaker:And then we are in Cat 47, where I think we just got into being whole again.
Speaker:It's a person sitting inside of a flower.
Speaker:Like,
Speaker:yeah, lotus flower, maybe.
Speaker:There is this storey about a girl who was tiny and lived in a flower.
Speaker:And it was written by Hans Christian Andersen.
Speaker:And I absolutely have no idea how this girl was called in English because I read this
Speaker:storey in Polish translation and I've always known it in Polish.
Speaker:I don't think I ever heard this storey in English.
Speaker:So. And originally it was written in Danish.
Speaker:So.
Speaker:Yeah,
Speaker:so, yeah, this is this little girl who is tiny and lives in a flower.
Speaker:This is what it reminds me of.
Speaker:Although in the picture, I think it's an adult person.
Speaker:I think it's a woman,
Speaker:but I'm not sure.
Speaker:But it's definitely.
Speaker:It's not a child.
Speaker:And they are dolphins.
Speaker:No, they are not dolphins.
Speaker:They are.
Speaker:No, they are dolphins.
Speaker:They are dolphins swimming around,
Speaker:around this flower.
Speaker:And this person has their head, her face sort of hidden and is sitting.
Speaker:Again,
Speaker:like few cards before, we had a person like that sitting with.
Speaker:Oh, the person who was tethered.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:And they are sitting in the same position but in a flower.
Speaker:And I forgot to tell you what the card is called.
Speaker:The card is called protection.
Speaker:And I think this person is protecting themselves by sitting in this position and
Speaker:hiding their face,
Speaker:but also the dolphins are protecting them.
Speaker:And the flower, obviously this feels very, very safe.
Speaker:Safer than the person that was in pieces, I think, although the colours are very similar
Speaker:and just looking at these cars next to each,
Speaker:what surrounds them is like purple, like orange and blue and greenish blue.
Speaker:But the person in the flower seems to be far more, far calmer and safer than the person is
Speaker:in pieces.
Speaker:So that's protection.
Speaker:And now we've got the card number 48 and it feels a bit more.
Speaker:No, I was gonna say a bit more restful, but I think.
Speaker:I don't know.
Speaker:We've got a woman who is.
Speaker:Well, I think the first picture is a bit like when she's a little girl and she is squatting.
Speaker:Then we see her flying upwards, like jumping or being thrown.
Speaker:It feels like she's thrown,
Speaker:she's thrown backwards.
Speaker:And the third figure of her,
Speaker:she's running, she's running and there are some plants and flowers growing out of her
Speaker:body and she seems far more herself.
Speaker:And the card is called Truth and I think it's a journey towards the truth, the truth about
Speaker:herself.
Speaker:And in the middle of this picture there is a bird.
Speaker:And I have absolutely no idea what bird it is.
Speaker:It's quite large, it's black, but it has those
Speaker:red patches on its wings.
Speaker:On their wings.
Speaker:And I don't know what bird it is, but seems to be quite large and,
Speaker:you know, like a bird of prey or something like that.
Speaker:So a lot of is happening on this card and it feels like she found the truth about herself
Speaker:or is she's very close to finding it.
Speaker:The birds throws me a bit.
Speaker:I'm not sure what it is,
Speaker:what.
Speaker:What the bird symbolises.
Speaker:Now we've got card number 45. 49.
Speaker:Sorry, the penultimate card and it's called
Speaker:Rise and it's a person again, the outline of a person who is on their fore.
Speaker:Like on the.
Speaker:The.
Speaker:With their feet on the floor and they have hands on the floor as if they were going to
Speaker:stand up and like, push themselves off the floor.
Speaker:And it does require, like, it seems to be requiring an effort from this person.
Speaker:It feels like they are.
Speaker:The way how they are drawn, how the colours
Speaker:around them are drawn.
Speaker:It feels like they are being stuck to this
Speaker:floor and at the same time they're being pushed down by kind of a flame,
Speaker:flame energy.
Speaker:And I think they have to push against all of that to rise and to stand up.
Speaker:And this person, like.
Speaker:Yeah, it's a person.
Speaker:Looks like a man a bit, but can't tell.
Speaker:It's an outline of a person and they have fire inside, like a little flame inside their body.
Speaker:And I think this flame is growing bigger and bigger and in a moment they will be able to
Speaker:push against all of that and stand up and rise.
Speaker:So there is a lot of energy and a lot of effort in this card.
Speaker:It feels like they are.
Speaker:They are getting ready and it's not an easy task.
Speaker:It's not easy.
Speaker:This card is quite like.
Speaker:Yeah, requires a lot of energy.
Speaker:This is the painful,
Speaker:painful transformation, I think.
Speaker:So Rise.
Speaker:And then the Last one, the 50, is burn.
Speaker:And I find it a bit unsettling that this card is so powerful and so,
Speaker:in a way, angry.
Speaker:And that's, you know, this.
Speaker:This deck which started very calmly and with all those, like, pausing and,
Speaker:you know, flowers and birds and.
Speaker:And a lot of what was.
Speaker:Yeah, the beginnings.
Speaker:Beginnings, where I'm just looking again at the beginnings and at.
Speaker:At those cards that,
Speaker:you know, the open clear beginning, which was.
Speaker:Had this planet.
Speaker:Clear planet and.
Speaker:Yeah, just those.
Speaker:This first breathe and the player's medicine,
Speaker:it was also so cheerful and so calm.
Speaker:And the first,
Speaker:you know, the first card, obviously, the pause, we start from pause in a card number
Speaker:one, and we end up with Burn in The card number 50 is actually quite very.
Speaker:Not an obvious direction, I would say.
Speaker:So we have the card called Burn and it has a face of a person who, again, has a. It's a bit
Speaker:of an outline, a face and then the hand, the palm of the hand,
Speaker:and they.
Speaker:They are shouting.
Speaker:Like when I was saying that before, that the person in vocalisation, the person is
Speaker:obviously singing like this.
Speaker:This person is obviously shouting and there
Speaker:are flames coming out of their mouth and there's a lot of flames around and very vivid
Speaker:colours, very, very psychedelic colours.
Speaker:And that's it.
Speaker:It's a face and the scream and the flames.
Speaker:And this is very, very pretty and very beautifully drawn.
Speaker:But it's quite scary and it's quite.
Speaker:It's really powerful.
Speaker:It's like, yeah, we are burning.
Speaker:What are we burning? What are we burning?
Speaker:Hopefully not ourselves.
Speaker:We're burning something.
Speaker:We are.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:It feels like it's a continuation of the Rage card.
Speaker:So this is it.
Speaker:It's almost the end, because the last thing we
Speaker:have left is transformation.
Speaker:And transformation is a face,
Speaker:is a card, which is very monochromatic, is primarily black.
Speaker:And yeah, it's.
Speaker:It's called,
Speaker:like.
Speaker:It in.
Speaker:In itself is sort of the standalone card
Speaker:because we had beginnings,
Speaker:sort of white, grey.
Speaker:And now we have More black, grey.
Speaker:Last card.
Speaker:Infinite Potential is the name of this one card suit.
Speaker:But the card itself is called Timeless.
Speaker:And we have the symbol of infinity on the top of the card and the main colour there is black
Speaker:and we have the face and it's a bit like a face which is in the shadow.
Speaker:It's all drawn with a black and grey colours and there are like speckles of colour of all
Speaker:the colours from all the suits is green and blue and purple and red and yellow.
Speaker:And they are sort of on the top of the.
Speaker:Of the.
Speaker:Like not on the top of the face is as if like.
Speaker:Like a glitter.
Speaker:Glitter layer on top of the whole picture.
Speaker:That what it reminds me of.
Speaker:And it's called Timeless and it just feels like it's a divine face.
Speaker:It's a. It's a face of the.
Speaker:Of the source of God or Goddess.
Speaker:It's again hard to tell the gender of the person looks more feminine, but who knows.
Speaker:And it's.
Speaker:Yeah, it's just.
Speaker:It's just a timeless face and that.
Speaker:This is the end.
Speaker:This is the end of the deck.
Speaker:And yeah,
Speaker:I mean I'm kind of waiting for the next one,
Speaker:the second companion deck to the gentle Tarot.
Speaker:Because this one leaves me a bit like if we go
Speaker:in the order,
Speaker:it feels like we are ending in a bit of a difficult place.
Speaker:Like a rage and burn and truth.
Speaker:Truth is not easy very often.
Speaker:And rise.
Speaker:Yeah,
Speaker:Rice is positive, but it's difficult.
Speaker:Yeah, we are definitely ending sort of.
Speaker:We don't have the star moment.
Speaker:That is, I think, I mean maybe a bit.
Speaker:The timeless have a bit of this star quality,
Speaker:I must say.
Speaker:No, like a star from the tarot.
Speaker:I mean so after.
Speaker:After this.
Speaker:But no, no, no, I don't think so.
Speaker:I think that Timeless have the vibe of the moon.
Speaker:So we are going through the devil and the tower and then we go into the moon and it
Speaker:feels like again a bit hard.
Speaker:And then we have rest in the star,
Speaker:but we don't have the star here we end.
Speaker:I feel like when we go through transformation, we go through the devil and the tower
Speaker:experience and then we end up with the moon which is the timeless.
Speaker:And then we left.
Speaker:So. Yeah. Mari, if you are listening,
Speaker:I think we need another one to go further in this journey.
Speaker:Yeah, I'm sorry,
Speaker:but no, of course it is an incredibly beautiful deck and as in a standalone thing is
Speaker:also amazing.
Speaker:And also obviously there are cards.
Speaker:We can shuffle them and then we may go from rage and burn into pause and rest and I think
Speaker:for me, that would be a better direction.
Speaker:But, yeah, they are movable objects.
Speaker:They can go in any direction and we can.
Speaker:We can pull them in in any order.
Speaker:So, yeah,
Speaker:thank you very much for going with me on this journey with my friend Fire by Marie in the
Speaker:Sky.
Speaker:And,
Speaker:yeah, all the links are in the show notes,
Speaker:links to where you can buy the deck if you don't have your one yet,
Speaker:and a link to Mary's Patreon, because it's such a lovely community.
Speaker:And, yeah, just stay with Tarot and more and come back.
Speaker:Thank you very much.
Speaker:And stay magical,
Speaker:Sam.
